We look forward to welcoming you. When you make this booking you are entering an agreement with us.
For all bookings we require a minimum deposit of 1 nights accommodation (Non Refundable) to confirm the booking. You can telephone us on 02380 282230 with your credit/debit card No.
Or you may send a cheque/P.O made payable to Lyndhurst House this must reach us within 3 working days of making the booking. We will send you an email or letter confirming the booking and letting you know what the outstanding balance is. The balance is due on
departure. Unless door callers or payments by cheque which must be cleared before arriving

The Price
The price includes accommodation plus any board indicated. Unless clearly stated on the booking form all extras such as additional meals, telephone drinks etc are additional. We accept the following forms of payment:
Cash, Most Debit/Credit Cards
Pets
Small Dogs by arrangement only. at a cost of £5 per night, We do not allow dogs on any bedding or to left unattended at anytime if you require a dog basket or bowl this can be provided. Dogs can only be accommodated in standard double rooms
If any damage is caused by your pet we will charge you for this
Cancellation and Insurance
Once you have booked your stay, our agreement is a legal contract and any deposit you may have paid is non-refundable. If you or anyone with you wishes to cancel or alter your/their booking you must give notice in writing. Your booking will only be cancelled or altered on the date we receive your written notice.
All alterations will be charged an admin fee of £10 per room booked and we cannot alter any booking within 14 days
of arrival the following charges will apply to all cancellations:
15 Days or more notice: The first night's stay of the booking - minimum cancellation charge.
14 to 3 Days notice: 50% of the booking
Less than 3 day's notice: 100% of the booking
Failure to arrive: 100% of the booking
Should you curtail your booking during your stay you have to pay in full. We suggest you take out travel insurance to cover yourself against these charges. We recommend Rothwell & Towler Tel No 01404 41234 or

Non-availability:
We would only cancel your booking if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would attempt to offer you alternative accommodation, however if this was not possible, or unacceptable to you, then we would refund all monies paid by you. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.
Arrival:
Arrival:
Your accommodation is available to you from 2pm on the day of arrival, unless otherwise arranged. Please let us know your expected time of arrival.
Departure:
Please be ready to leave your accommodation by 10am on the day of departure, unless otherwise arranged. Your bill for the accommodation and any extras or services taken during your stay is payable on departure. Late checkout will be charged at a rate of £10 per hour or part thereof
Damages and Breakages
Please take care with our accommodation. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages which you cause to the accommodation or its contents. Please report these as soon as they occur. We do not normally charge for minor breakages, but we may debit your card or send you an invoice for repair or replacement if the damage or breakage is significant, and we may make an additional charge of <<£x>> if you did not report this.
Smoking
Smoking is not allowed inside Lyndhurst House we do provide a pleasant seating area outside for you to smoke if you smoke in your room you will be charged for deep cleaning your room
