The Lyndhurst House B&B offers excellent New Forest accommodation at affordable prices, whether you are here relaxing on a short break or for business purposes. Our B&B has 4 double bedrooms, some with four poster beds, and 1 family room, All rooms are en-suite and are maintained to an exceptionally high standard Our friendly B&B offers complimentary toiletries, hospitality trays, hair dryers, radio alarm clocks and digital Flat Screen T.V.+ DVD & ipod docking in most rooms. The house is centrally heated and is double glazed throughout. Guest rooms are available on the day of arrival between 2pm and 7pm. However, we are happy to discuss special arrangements outside of these hours. We request that rooms be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. Please note we do not accommodate children under 10 years of age. Sorry we do not accept pets. Smoking is not permitted inside the guest house, but there is a seated smoking area outside on the patio, to accommodate those who wish to smoke

From the M27 leave at exit 1 and follow the A337 sign post to Lyndhurst. As you enter the village, Lyndhurst House B&B is approx. 300 metres on the right opposite Network Q garage. You will see the car park at the front. If traveling by rail, Brockenhurst Station mainline to Waterloo is 4 miles. Train operators include South West Trains and Virgin. If traveling by bus, Blue Star 6 buses run from Southampton to Lyndhurst at least hourly on week-days. We are located within 4 miles of the M27 and access to major towns and cities i.e. Bournemouth (Airport), Portsmouth (Dockyard), Salisbury (Cathedral), Southampton (Airport), Winchester (Cathedral) and Poole (Harbour and Ferry Terminal).
We offer our guests freshly cooked breakfasts, with a choice of Full English, Continental, Vegetarian or a Lighter Option, served in our pretty dining room.
