Lyndhurst House Access Statement

There is gravel parking for guests' cars at the 

front of the garden, and a tarmac driveway for

additional parking, leading to two steps up to 

the guests' patio area.  There is one small step

to the front door entrance.

Inside there is a small reception area, with a door

leading to the breakfast room, and stairs to the

bedrooms.  There are two turns on each staircase.

The first floor has one standard double ensuite room and

two four poster double ensuite rooms.  The second floor

has a standard double ensuite bedroom and a standard

family room consisting of a double room with door to 

a twin room with shared ensuite shower room in the double
